Jennie K.Y. LEUNG       ( 梁琴欣  律師)

Jennie was admitted as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 2002 and brings over 20 years of extensive experience in dispute resolution. Her broad-based litigation practice encompasses a diverse range of complex civil and commercial matters.

Jennie’s practice is centered on sophisticated commercial dispute resolution. She regularly advises on intricate shareholder disputes, allegations of breach of fiduciary duty, minority oppression claims, corporate insolvency, and winding-up proceedings. She is also highly experienced in debt recovery and enforcement actions. Her broad litigation capabilities extend to contentious probate and representing claimants and insurers in personal injury matters. Previously, she developed a specialized focus on intellectual property litigation, with an emphasis on brand protection.

Jennie is also adept at representing clients in domestic and international arbitration proceedings. 

Complementing her contentious practice, Jennie also advises on a range of transactional and advisory matters, including drafting commercial contracts, company secretarial matters, estate planning, will drafting, applications for non-contentious grant of probate and tenancy matters.
