Elaine M. KHOOPartner
Elaine is a graduate of the University of British Columbia in Canada and the Law Faculty of the University of Hong Kong.  She is first qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1984 and has over 26 years post-qualification experience gained from private practice in Hong Kong. 
 
She has been involved in general areas of law including but not limited to conveyancing, tenancy, trust formation and administration, law of succession and probate practice, banking and commercial law, family law, employment law and contracts, Employee Handbooks/Manuals.
 
Elaine advises on the formation and administration of trusts and foundations, drafting of letter of wishes, and setting up charities.
 
Elaine is a co-author of the 2020 Edition of the e-book entitled “Doing Business in Hong Kong and Investing in Mainland China” published by our firm in March 2020.
