ZHAO ZHIPENG     (趙志鵬 律師  )

 

Mr. Zhao Zhipeng is a Consultant Solicitor of our commercial and corporate team.  Mr. Zhao holds a Bachelor of Laws degree (PRC law) from East China University of Political Science and Law in China and a Master of Laws degree (Common Law) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong respectively.  He was awarded the Juris Doctor degree and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws by the City University of Hong Kong.  

 

Mr. Zhao was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong in 2013.  His major areas of practice includes merger and acquisition, financing and securities.  He also handles Hong Kong listing projects and legal compliance of Hong Kong listed companies.  He is a company secretary of a listed company of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.
