XU Jianghui (Kevin Xu)PRC Lawyer

Kevin is our registered foreign lawyer practising Chinese law in Hong Kong.  

Kevin graduated and obtained a Master degree in law (LL.M.) from the Shanghai Fudan University Law School (majoring in Constitutional Law and Administrative Law), and has become an active member of the Shanghai Bar Association since 2002.    

Kevin was a partner of Boss & Young, Attorneys-at-Law, in Shanghai until August 2009 and joined MARTIN HU & PARTNERS (胡光律師事務所), 
now known as MHP Law Firm (君悅律師事務所), as a partner in September 2009.  His practice areas include foreign investment in China, foreign mergers and acquisitions, enterprise reorganizations, business, corporate and securities law, processing and trade, intellectual property law, education and school law.


Kevin participated in a number of projects involving Sino-foreign joint ventures, cooperative enterprises and wholly owned foreign enterprises investments.  He was involved in reviewing and drafting relevant documents, legal and investment risk consultation and advising on capital reorganization.
