Ho Yin is a Consultant of our firm. He was admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court in Hong Kong in 1982, and subsequently in England and Wales, and as a Barrister and Solicitor in Victoria, Australia, and also as an Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore.
Ho Yin advises on Construction Law, Land Law on land development and conveyancing, Insurance Law, Information Technology, Corporate Commercial Law, Immigration Law, Tax Law and Law of Succession. He was a member of the HKSAR Passports Appeal Board, Adjudicator of the Immigration Tribunal, Deputy Adjudicator of the Small Claims Tribunal, Adjudicator of the Registration of Persons Tribunal and Member of the Board of Review (Inland Revenue Ordinance).
Besides, Ho Yin is also an Arbitrator, specializing in alternative dispute resolution, adjudication and arbitration. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators since 1991, Panel Arbitrator of the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and Asia Pacific Regional Arbitration Group. He has, on many occasions, sat as Chairman of the Appeal Tribunal (Buildings) and Chairman of the Solicitors Disciplinary Tribunal. | |
