Alyssa is qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong, and is developing a broad General Practice with emphasis in Civil Litigation. Before joining Lily Fenn & Partners in 2022, she has been involved in a wide range of proceedings and commercial transactions and working as the chief handler on a few cases under supervision during her training, whereby she had acquired the hands-on experience in all aspects of dispute resolution acting on behalf of clients from multi-jurisdictions.

Alyssa has substantial experience in handling a variety of contentious matters with a focus on multijurisdictional litigation, including shareholders’ disputes such as unfair prejudice claims and derivative actions, claims for breach of fiduciary duties, breach of trust, professional negligence, passing off and civil contempt of court, and claims for debt recovery. She also deals with contentious and non-contentious probate actions as well as matrimonial proceedings and advises clients on a broad range of procedures for dispute resolution, including arbitration proceedings and mediation sessions for settlement.

Alyssa graduated from University of Glasgow, UK where she was awarded a fast-track LLB with Distinction and completed Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) with HKSAR Government Scholarship at the University of Hong Kong. She also holds an LLM in Common Law from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
