Bernadette C. Y. LEE Assistant Solicitor
Bernadette began her legal career as a China trade mark agent in 1991. Since then, she has been working extensively in various aspects of trade mark protection matters, including registration-related matters, well-known mark protection, infringement investigation, enforcement and litigation, and customs recordal.
Her practice primarily focuses on Hong Kong and PRC contentious and non-contentious intellectual property matters, including clearance search, registration, refusal/review/appeal, opposition, invalidation and enforcement against infringement. 
Bernadette’s other areas of practice involve commercial works, including licensing, franchising and civil litigation.
She has good command of both English and Chinese and is fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
Bernadette is a co-author of the 2019 Edition of the e-book entitled “Doing Business in Hong Kong and Investing in Mainland China” published by our firm in March 2019.
