2013-04-30 03:46:56Miss Agnes L.Y. LAU (劉令茵 律師)was admitted to our firm as a consultant in August 2012. Agnes has been practising in Hong Kong since 1991, and she was a partner of a large reputable Hong Kong law firm. She advises on a broad range of corporate projects, involving corporate finance, mergers and acquisitions, pre-IPO restructuring, IPOs on the Main Board and Growth Enterprise Market (“GEM”) and international corporate structures, capital markets transactions, shares and business acquisitions in a variety of business sectors, compliance and regulatory matters, Listing Rules and Takeover Code governed transactions, domestic and international joint ventures. She has participated in a number of PRC infrastructure projects, including power stations, waterworks, water treatment plants and highways.
Agnesis a trainer for the Hong Kong Institute of Directors, which provides training to the directors of listed and private companies as regards Directors’ Duties and Corporate Governance.

“ Listing and Financing in Hong Kong” jointly organised by The Hong Kong Stock Exchange and Liaoning Government.
